ADMISSION CRITERIA  

1) Postgraduate university degree with full grades (top scores) 

2) An IQ score at or above the 97th percentile in an official IQ test (proctored, timed and given by a psychologist or a psychiatrist)

The test must be recognized by our scientific board

OR

1)  Postgraduate university degree with full grades (top scores) 

2) Proof  of uncommon memory skills: ability to memorise at least 500 digits or 250 poems or  5 books or  knowledge of 5 languages. The written evidence of above performances must be ratified by our scientific board

OR

People invited by the President for their contribution to science ( e.g. Nobel prize) and culture
